MF Fields for Item Doc

I received this from Tami Ramey at Musician's Friend last month.  We should review our document and make sure that we have accounted for their requirements.

"The new web portal will have a lot of fields that are optional for the suppliers.  The fields listed below will be the only fields that are mandatory.  We don’t have a required format for uploading the data. It can be uploaded electronically from almost any format they choose or it can be entered manually."
