NASMD Celebrates 50 Years, NAMM Celebrates the Organization's Impact

NASMD (the National Association of School Music Dealers) celebrated its 50th anniversary during its annual conference, held in Orlando, Florida, in March. One of the morning sessions featured NAMM President/CEO Joe Lamond discussing the importance of NASMD and its meaningful contributions to the music products industry over the years. The conference also provided the backdrop for additional interviews to be added to the Oral History collection, a tradition that began in 2003.
