Colleen Billings has more than fifteen years experience in corporate training and human resources. Her innovative approach to organizational development and talent management blends equal parts mentoring managers and executives with regular one-on-one interaction with all employees.

While her full-time career as human resources director for a 500-employee marketing company keeps her busy, she manages to find the time consult for several small businesses, including her husband’s Billings Piano Gallery in Madison, Wisconsin. Colleen, who played a vast array of clarinets during her high school band career, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Herzing University and recently earned her MBA degree from Cardinal Stritch University.
