Donna started her career as one of the first successful female salesperson in the audio/video world with Dynamite David’s Stereo Magic. She quickly earned respect on the sales floor with her knowledge and passion for the product she was selling. Donna went on to be the number one salesperson out of five stores and became manager of their Wappingers Falls location. After the closing of Stereo Magic, she continued to work in sales for various companies. While taking a break from the job force to raise her children, Donna started her own home based business as a Home Interiors and Gifts consultant. After one year, she became a unit manager and was asked to speak at many conferences across the country to motivate and teach others how to be successful with their own ventures.

With an intensive background in sales, marketing and motivational speaking, combined with her love of music, Donna embraced her passion and opened up the New York School of Music. In just five short years, New York School of Music has grown to be the largest private music school in New York’s Hudson Valley. In 2009, New York School of Music, was selected as the winner of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce “Business Idol” Competition.

As another method of nurturing her growing business, Donna added a Rock Camp USA franchise to her location in 2007. Founded in Austin, Texas—Rock Camp USA is one of the most respected Rock Camp programs available in the United States. Most recently, Donna was chosen to represent the Rock Camp USA as the President of the organization.

Donna loves to keep things moving forward. She has been hitting the road again, inspiring and teaching others how to take their businesses to the next level. At the 2008 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, Donna presented a NAMM U Session with Dom Famularo, one of the world's leading motivational drum set artists and educators. The contagious energy shown by her enthusiasm and passion were very well received by the audience.

Aside from running the New York School of Music, Rock Camp USA and pursuing opportunities to educate others through her motivational speaking, Donna is also an active member of NAMM, PASIC, and the Vic Firth Educational Team. In her spare time, Donna enjoys drumming, kayaking and any new adventure….
