Social media technology is a major revolution that is shaking up "communications as usual" for many businesses. For those of you who have heard about Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and YouTube, but haven’t seen it in action, this introduction will get you started.

In this fun, interactive session, you will get your feet wet, learning about the same social networks that your customers frequent, and you will build online relationships with them that can translate into more store traffic and increased sales.
