Early Bird Housing Specials for Exhibitors

The Renaissance Nashville Hotel is offering two (2) discounted options to our Exhibitors before housing opens to our Membership.

Option #1:  Early Bird Discounted Rate of $174 per night by February 24

This special “Early Bird” rate is $10 off the standard rate during the show. You will be charged a one night non-refundable deposit if cancelled anytime before the show opens in Nashville.  No-shows or early departure without advance notice will result in forfeiture of deposit to the hotel.

Option #2: Standard Rate of $184 per night by February 24

This option guarantees your rooms at the Headquarters Hotel before housing opens on March 28 to general Membership. There is no prepayment. The last day to cancel these standard rated rooms is May, after that date a $50 fee per room cancellation will be charged to the credit card on file.

We are highlighting the Renaissance as our Headquarters Hotel with new events and special networking opportunities. This is the only hotel that we are accepting reservations for during this pre-block event. There will be other hotel options available when housing opens on Wednesday, March 23.
