Making Your Nashville Hotel Reservations

NAMM is working with the Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau to offer its Members accommodations at hotels close to the Nashville Convention Center at below-market rates.

Beginning Wednesday, March 28 at 8 a.m. (PDT), you can reserve your hotel rooms at these special NAMM group rates on a first-come, first-served basis. Room supplies are limited. Prior to opening the housing portal, active Members will receive a customized housing link. Hotel reservations will NOT be taken by phone.

If your preferred hotel is not available during the reservation process, you will have the option of placing yourself on a wait list. This requires that you reserve a room at any available hotel, print out your acknowledgment and fax (615-259-4126) or e-mail it to the Nashville Housing Bureau (ncvbhousing@visitmusiccity.com) with a note requesting that you be placed on a wait list for your preferred hotel. It will take six to eight weeks to process the list, and there is no guarantee that your room will be moved.
IMPORTANT DATES REGARDING HOUSING: Deadline to avoid a $50 cancellation fee is May 4. Non-Member housing opens on May 9. Hotel reservations are available at the NAMM discounted rate until June 18.
