Our showroom is located just north of Pikeville in the Weddington Plaza just off of US 23. It features a floor plan conducive to instrument demonstration and a lively atmosphere. Since its current ownership starting in 1997, Sound House Music has been attracting the attention of every gamut of musicians from beginners to professionals and classical players to rockers. It aims to provide one stop shopping for the musician with all essential items always in stock. We are actively participating in different forms of social media to help drive business to our store and website. We offer gear demos as well as deals of the week on our facebook page, and our used gear section on our website is updated once a week with recent trades. We have already achieved nearly 1100 likes on facebook. We often update our YouTube page with videos of customers playing instruments in the store and events that we put on such as open mic nights. We are always trying to do what is best for the customer and encourage repeat business. Trades and repeat customers are an integral part of our store. We stimulate these aspects by always catering to the customers needs and ensuring that they their satisfaction comes first. We often send out thank you cards to customers, or give them a phone call to ensure that their purchases are meeting their needs.
