Pick Up Your Badges at Will Call

You asked—and NAMM listened. This year, NAMM has increased the number of Will Call locations and service counters in order to better serve our Members.

Will Call locations can be found at the Marriott's registration desk by the Platinum Ballroom and at the Arena lobby, the Hall A Lobby and the Hall E lobby of the Anaheim Convention Center.

Be sure to reserve your badges before the December 4 deadline—after that, they're $25 each. When registering for your company’s badges, you'll need to provide an e-mail address and click the "Hold for On-Site" option, and you'll be set for Will Call pickup. NAMM will automatically send a badge registration confirmation to the e-mail address, which you can then take to Will Call. It's that simple! No more badges getting lost in the mail or having to meet up in a crowded hotel lobby.

Will Call Service counters will be open at all locations listed above, beginning Monday, January 11, at 9 a.m. On show days, Will Call at the Hall A lobby location opens at 7:30 a.m.

Please remember: When picking up badges at Will Call, a matching photo ID is required.
