Marketing Opportunity for Manufacturers
Prizes Being Sought for the SchoolJam USA Winners!
As a result of NAMM's sponsorship of SchoolJam USA, a national teen battle of the bands program, your company has a unique opportunity to lend support for school bands and enjoy marketing exposure to this large and growing market.
SchoolJam USA highlights the best, most talented teen musicians from around the country, while at the same time supporting local school music education programs. The bands compete in all styles of music on all instruments, with prizes going to each of the finalist's bands and their respective schools.
The SchoolJam USA Finals will take place on January 16, 2011, at the NAMM Show in Anaheim, California. NAMM's participation enables us to work with our manufacturers to provide instrument prizes for the best musician(s) in several categories.
Additionally, the fans will be choosing a "Fan Favorite" via SMS text messaging. Prizes for the fan favorite band are also being sought.
Your support in contributing prizes for the teens, such as instruments, services or accessories, would be greatly appreciated. Prizes should not be valued at more than $500 suggested retail. Recognition of your company's contribution will be noted publicly at the event and in print in all SchoolJam USA event press materials.
