Use the Sunday Only Badge to Improve Business

You Have Another Option For Your Non-Industry Visitors

The "Sunday Only" Visitor badge is a new option for our Members that will, hopefully, relieve some of the congestion on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the NAMM Show. We know that there are people on your badge list that you feel compelled to invite to the show even though they are at the show for the experience, not to conduct business. These non-industry visitors, however, are showing up in such large numbers that they are making it difficult for NAMM Member Buyers to get through the aisles and see the products that you want them to see.

The remedy is the Sunday Only badge option. We are asking that everyone participates by going through your badge list and move those non-industry guests to the Sunday Only badge. If we can get your cooperation, NAMM can avoid mandating restrictions on access by visitors and reducing Thursday through Saturday Visitor badge allotments to our Members.

So, please, review your Visitor badge lists and see if you can move your non-industry visitors into the new Sunday Only badge option.

Don't Forget to Program for Sunday

Make sure that the "Sunday Only" badge holders have a great experience. It will be very important that the visitors we are restricting to "Sunday Only" have many of the same opportunities that the rest of the visitors have. With that in mind, please make sure that there is as much going on in your booth on Sunday as you have happening on Thursday through Saturday.

If we are going to be successful in reducing the non-industry aisle traffic on the business days, we are going to need to work together and program lots of interesting things to see and do on Sunday.
