No Suitcasing or Outboarding

NAMM works to insure success for all exhibitors and attendees. We welcome non-exhibiting manufacturers to visit, and want the show to be a valuable experience these companies, with the agreement that they will not engage in suitcasing or outboarding:

Suitcasing is the act by suppliers of soliciting business in the trade show aisles or other public areas of the show, in another company’s booth and/or representing their services or soliciting conference participants for conflicting social activities. It also includes distributing literature or marketing materials of any kind on the trade show floor without having purchased booth space. Outboarding is the act by suppliers of conducting meetings with conference participants off the show floor (in hotels, restaurants, parking lots and other venues) without having purchased booth space at the show. Suitcasing and outboarding are violations of the NAMM Exhibition Policy. Please report any violations to show management.

Thank you for your cooperation to make the NAMM Show a success for the industry.
