Badge Pickup Information for the NAMM Show
- All badges will be picked up on site–Badges will NOT be mailed.
- When registering for your badges you will be asked to enter your individual e-mail address.
- An individual's e-mail address can only be used once.
- NAMM will automatically send your badge confirmation to the e-mail address provided, which you can print and bring to the show.
- A reminder e-mail will be sent before the show.
Avoid standing in long lines. If you print out your confirmation and bring it with you to the show, you can scan the confirmation bar code at one of the many badge pickup locations listed below to quickly receive your actual NAMM Show badge. Without your confirmation, you will need to wait in line to receive your badge.

- Platinum Ballroom in Marriott
- Main lobby of the Hilton across from Starbucks
- Hall E, Hall A and Arena lobbies of the Anaheim Convention Center
- Back of Hall B/C doors (EAC Entrance)

To avoid waiting in long lines to pick up your badge, we recommend:
- Have matching photo ID
- Bring your badge confirmation
- Allow yourself time before your first appointment or conference session
- No multiple badge pickups
- Qualified guardians can only pick up badges for children under the age of 18 at Main Registration located on level 2 in Room 201 of the Anaheim Convention Center.
