Important Show Information
Ensure you are prepared for the show!
All exhibiting members are required to have the appropriate insurance prior to arriving at the show. You are free to use your own insurance provider, however if a resource is needed, Rain Protection offers NAMM negotiated rates for all NAMM exhibitors.
All exhibitors are also required to ensure that any Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) that are setting up their booth, are properly insured.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any individual or companies hired to set-up and dismantle or provide service to your booth who is not an employee of your company. EAC’s include but are not limited to Installation and Dismantle Contractors, Booth Designers and Builders, Non-Official Florists, Furniture Suppliers, Piano Movers and Laborers. Exhibitors are required to submit a completed EAC form for each Contractor and Sub-Contractor (this includes but is not limited to third-party Contractors) to NAMM no later than June 16, 2017. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their EAC’s have the proper insurance and can provide this on-site if necessary. All exhibiting NAMM members must be logged in to add/manage your EACs submissions.
If you are an Exhibit Appointed Contractor submitting on behalf of an existing NAMM member, please fill out the EAC Application. Note: You must be logged in to the web site to submit this form. If you do not have an account, you may create one.
We encourage you to make the most of The 2017 Summer NAMM Show by using the Buyers List, a marketing tool to help increase sales and exposure of your products. The list is provided in Excel format for easy manipulation and sorting, according to your needs. The information is current as of today and will be updated on a daily basis.
