Thank you for exhibiting in the 2019 NAMM Show! This Exhibitor Service Manual contains all of the show information, rules and regulations, deadlines and order information you will need to successfully plan your show.

My Directory Entry
Manage how your company's listing appears in the Show Directory. You may also purchase an enhanced listing which provides an dedicated page within the directory that includes your company logo, extra information and downloadable documents.
My Exhibitor News
Create and manage entries that contain text, images and attachments to promote your brand(s) and products. These entries will appear within the NAMM Show Media page once the event schedule has been released.
My Booth Events
Create and manage booth events like performances, demos and more. These events will appear within the published NAMM Show schedule online.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any individual or companies hired to set-up and dismantle or provide service to your booth who is not an employee of your company. EAC’s include but are not limited to Installation and Dismantle Contractors, Booth Designers and Builders, Non-Official Florists, Furniture Suppliers, Piano Movers and Laborers. Exhibitors are required to submit a completed EAC form for each Contractor and Sub-Contractor (this includes but is not limited to third-party Contractors) to NAMM no later than December 14, 2018. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their EAC’s have the proper insurance and can provide this on-site if necessary. If you are an Exhibit Appointed Contractor submitting on behalf of a NAMM Show exhibitor, please fill out the EAC Application.
Invite a Buyer
Buyer invitations do not take away from an exhibitor’s badge allotment, but will incur a badge fee and be subject to NAMM approval.
- To invite a buyer, login to your authorized NAMM account to access Badge Registration.
- Once on the Registration Dashboard, click on Invite A Buyer located on the navigational sidebar.
- Enter the buyer’s first and last name, buying firm name and a unique email address.
- Click Send Invitation to complete.
- At the bottom of the page, a list of invited buyers will generate, showing invitation completion status.
You can Resend a buyer invitation by clicking on the envelope icon (Envelope) , or Delete an invitation by clicking on the red X icon (Delete).
