Tax reform

NAMM monitors tax reform issues and provides periodic updates on advocacy efforts and pending legislation.  Along with 200 nationwide business organizations, NAMM participates in the Marketplace Fairness Coalition, which advocates for a reasonable fix to interstate commerce and state sales tax collection requirements. NAMM also monitors efforts related to Estate Tax. For up-to-date information on this issue, please visit the IRS Estate Tax website.
