Preferred Vendor Providers

In order to maximize your show experience, make sure to get your show services ordered now to take advantage of pre-show discount pricing. Take a look at NAMM's preferred vendor providers. We have negotiated competitive pricing with these companies to help provide you with the most value. Take a moment to review these options and feel free to contact these providers for more information.

Plan Ahead for Sound Control

Do your part to create a great business atmosphere at The NAMM Show. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Service Manual on your exhibitor dashboard which includes important information such as how to construct your booth and sound control, so that your company can adhere to the Sound and Booth Demonstration Policy. Take advantage of these options to help support a lower overall sound level and facilitate business conversations.

  • Build your own demo room right in your booth to allow for product demos that are visible to attendees and contain sound, or rent a demo room from Freeman. Please contact annc@namm.org for any booth variance requests.
Insure Your Booth, Insure Your Company

This year, NAMM has once again engaged the services of Rainprotection Insurance to handle exhibitor insurance. They will be collecting and recording your insurance. If you currently have your own compliant insurance, please submit a copy to sales@rainprotection.net. If not, Rainprotection Insurance offers all NAMM Show exhibitors a liability insurance program that can be purchased instantly online for just $89 by clicking here.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES: When you are completing your company information, please use the address of the venue: Anaheim Convention Center, 800 West Katella Ave., Anaheim, CA 92802, and use the phone number: 800-528-7975.
