Be sure to include all your in-booth events on the official NAMM schedule to be promoted on namm.org and mobile app. Visit the Exhibitor Dashboard to get started. If you are hosting an event after show hours this year, NAMM will promote in our new NAMM at Night program. Send event name, date, time, location and any other details to Nicole Finch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We encourage you to make the most of The 2017 NAMM Show by using the Buyers List, located in your Exhibitor Dashboard. This is a marketing tool to help increase sales and exposure of your products and will be updated on a daily basis. On the dashboard you will also find a variety of marketing tools to help promote your exhibit to your best customers and prospects.
All bags will be subject to search. Large bags, including luggage and rolling bags are not allowed in the convention center during show hours. Exhibitors may bring bags and product in and out by using the exhibitor entrance at Lobby B. Attendees must have a material release pass in order to bring product out of the convention center. Exhibitors do not require a material release pass to bring their company product in and out. For the safety of all our guests, drones, UAV’s and hoverboards are not allowed at The NAMM Show. Review all policies and make it a great event for everyone.
The 32nd Annual NAMM TEC Awards promises to be an exciting night with awards across 31 categories, as well as the induction of legendary producer, Jack Douglas into the TEC Hall of Fame and the presentation of the Les Paul Award to Joe Perry of Aerosmith. As a reminder, to register for NAMM Show badges, your NAMM member profile must be designated as one of the following authorized contacts: Trade Show Contact, Registration Contact, Hotel Contact, Primary Contact or Administrator. In order to ensure there is adequate space on the show floor for those arriving on Wednesday to set up, all existing crates must be emptied and marked with empty crate stickers by the end of the day on Tuesday. This does not apply if you have scheduled crate deliveries on Wednesday. Freeman and NAMM show management will be on the show floor during set up to answer questions and deliver empty crate stickers to booths. Review all NAMM policies.
