Exhibitor Load-Out

All product, exhibit components and exhibit packing materials should be packed and removed from the exhibit hall at the conclusion of the event. Please leave your booth space in the clean condition you found it. If this policy is not adhered to, cleaning fees will apply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Fire Safety Rules and Regulations

Safety First! Please review the Anaheim Fire & Rescue Exhibitor Requirements to make sure all guidelines are being followed regarding two-story booths, decorative material, vehicles, booth storage, etc. Important Note: All 2-story booths must submit booth diagrams to the Fire Inspector, and all must have a California wet stamp of approval. Permits need to be obtained and fire certifications need to be submitted by January 4, 2017. Click Here to review these guidelines. For questions please email tradeshowinspector@anaheim.net or erinc@namm.org.

EAC Forms

An EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) is any individual or companies hired to set-up and dismantle or provide service to your booth, who is not an employee of your company. EAC’s include but are not limited to Installation and Dismantle Contractors, Booth Designers and Builders, Non-Official Florists, Furniture Suppliers, Piano Movers and Laborers. All exhibitors who have hired an EAC to set-up their booth, must submit the online form by December 16, 2016. If an EAC is hired after this deadline, the form will be available up until January 6, 2017. Exhibitors are also responsible for ensuring that their EAC’s have the proper insurance and can provide this on-site if necessary. To access the EAC Form and Insurance information, visit your Exhibitor Dashboard
