Welcome to Badge Registration for 2017 Summer NAMM!

You are not signed in. Please sign in to register for badges and housing.

Representatives from organizations that do not qualify for membership may apply for a badge to attend The 2017 NAMM Show. Applications are available for pro audio, software, live sound, lighting, and entertainment technology professionals along with buyers and influencers representing venues and houses of worship, as well as music educators and music majors. You must be 18 or over to attend. Badge fees will apply. Start the badge application process here.

Badge Registration will open Wed Mar 29, 2017 8:00 am Pacific Time.

Before registering, please review this important information:

  • Your NAMM Membership must be renewed through July 15, 2017. If your membership is not active, visit our Membership renewal page. Not a NAMM member? Join NAMM and attend 2017 Summer NAMM.

  • Your NAMM Member profile must be designated as one of the following authorized contacts: Trade Show Contact, Registration Contact, Hotel Contact, Primary Contact or Administrative Contact. These contacts within your company have access to register staff, according to your allotment. To check your role, visit your profile page.

  • Letters of invitation are also offered through badge registration. You must register first for badges before requesting your visa letters of invitation. The visa application process may take 90 days or longer, so please request your visa letters of invitation at least 90 days prior to your travel dates for the 2017 Summer NAMM.   • The free badge deadline is June 28, 2017, at 11:59 pm PDT. After this date, badges will cost between $25 and $100 dollars, depending on badge type.
