Here are few key dates to keep in mind as you plan your Summer NAMM experience.
Hotel booking will open April 17. To ensure proximity to the Music City Center, book your hotel rooms early. Our hotel provider EventSphere can find you the best hotel option for you, with a full list of local hotels in an easy-to-use format.
Search inventory by price or distance and find the perfect fit for your budget. The service is fine-tuned to be a breeze even for first-time-attendees. Alternately, if you’re a seasoned veteran or large organization, The NAMM Show offers an option to book rooms in bulk.
Every reservation made with EventSphere is fully-protected and assured by NAMM. Other third-party companies may contact you and attempt to misrepresent themselves as our official housing partner. This is not the case. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. Protect yourself from potential scam sites and book with ease through our official housing page.
Educations and Events
Summer NAMM is an educational destination for buyers and brands alike. NAMM U, TEC Tracks and A3E: Advanced Audio and Applications will offer a bevy of hand-curated professional development sessions, designed to enhance skills for all segments of the industry.
On July 17th, NAMM retail members are invited to the return of the Retail Training Summit, which will offer specialized training for music retail professionals through hands-on, proven techniques and tools.
“The Retail Training Summit was great! I was able to send a colleague to one track while I attended the other tracks so we could compare notes and share,” noted Shawna Wingerberg of Antonio Violins, after attending last year’s sessions.
Other NAMM U sessions will delve through hot topics that span the MI industry. Along with NAMM U, TEC Tracks returns with two full days of pro audio programming designed to help professionals take their careers to the next level. The ever-popular NAMM U Breakfast Sessions will deliver future-focused messages to help members prepare for the year ahead—and beyond. In addition, a variety of meet-ups and networking events, both on the show floor and off, will allow attendees a chance to network with industry peers and build business relationships.
Enjoy all that Music City has to offer. Join your industry family and benefit from new products, ideas and inspiration to grow your business.
