Only days away, there is still time to make the most of your exhibit preparations for The 2018 NAMM Show. Review the checklist below to ensure your business is set up for success. We’ll see you in Anaheim!
New Freeman Service Center Location
This year, the Freeman Service Center will be in a new location in booth 12200 off the Arena breezeway, between Hall A and the Arena. Representatives will be there to assist you with your current and future show needs. Review services on the Freeman Online.
Wi-Fi Calling at ACC North
In order to use cellular service at the ACC North, the Anaheim Convention Center and Smart City have provided NAMM exhibitors and attendees complimentary high-speed, robust Wi-Fi service through Wi-Fi calling. Users just need to enable Wi-Fi calling on their devices. Learn more.
Download the New NAMM App
NAMM has a new app this year, so make sure you delete the app from last year, go to your app store and search the term "NAMM" to download before you get on show site. The app features an exhibitor directory, map, education and events schedule, general show information and more! Download here.
Badge Will Call Locations and Parking:
Freight Target Load In Times
Make sure to review your target move-in day and time before you arrive. Visit Freeman Online and type in your booth number.
If you made your hotel reservation within the official NAMM hotel block, you should have received your hotel pre-arrival email for The 2018 NAMM Show. This email contains all of your reservation information, including your hotel confirmation number. If you do not have the email in your inbox, please search your spam folder for an email with the subject “2018 NAMM Show Hotel Pre-Arrival” from email@example.com. If you have any questions, please contact us.
This year, we’ve expanded the badged perimeter to include the Grand Plaza, the Arena Plaza and the Palm Courtyard. Members can secure their badge at the ACC North Badge Pickup, Badge Pickup tent on the Grand Plaza, and at the Marriott and Hilton hotels. All attendees entering this expanded area and the convention center will be required to wear their badge.
How you can help: Please pickup and wear your badge before entering the areas surrounding the Anaheim Convention Center. Please keep your badge properly displayed on your body during your time at The NAMM Show. If your badge is missing, lost and/or stolen, please report it to a Badge Pickup location where a new one can be issued for a fee.
As a reminder, Hall E and Levels 2 and 3 will open early at 9:30 am on all four days of the show. For more show hours and information, visit the General Show Information page.
Need Help on Site?
Show info desks are located at the front of each hall with attendants ready to answer your questions. These desks will be open starting on Wednesday, January 24 from 9 am – 5pm and Thursday thru Sunday during show hours. Make sure to head there first for assistance.
