AES@NAMM is a unique format for the Society's West Coast presence. Attendees of The NAMM Show who make the added investment to participate in AES@NAMM will have access to:
A rich and varied program – A wide range of education sessions and academy trainings that meet the needs of a broad cross-section of active professionals, including audio engineers, sound reinforcement technicians, system operators, recording professionals audio equipment specialists and other associated practitioners.
Certification – Academy trainees will receive a Certificate of Attendance to confirm their participation and training in education sessions.
Manufacturer-based product exploration – In order to leverage direct exposure, each hands-on session includes assembling and system setup across multiple premium manufacturers of contemporary Live Sound Consoles, Studio Digital Audio Workstations and Line Array Loudspeakers.
Timely training in an ideal location – The NAMM Show is an international attraction and Southern California is home to some of the most recognized performance venues in the world, from Disney to Hollywood, placing participants right in the heart of this business mecca and at a show that attracts over 100,000 attendees each year, during the time of year when most audio professionals have the time for professional development.

About the Audio Engineering Society
The Audio Engineering Society was formed in 1948 and now counts over 12,000 members throughout the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Japan and the Far East. The organization serves as the pivotal force in the exchange and dissemination of technical information for the industry. Currently, its members are affiliated with more than 75 AES professional sections and more than 95 AES student sections around the world.
