New NAMM Show Hotel Policies

Housing and badge registration will open on August 22 for NAMM members and general registration opens on August 29. Please note the changes for this year below.

New Hotel Booking Policy - NEW and Updated!

NAMM members may book hotel reservations for The 2019 NAMM Show beginning August 22, 2018. Special access to book at an Anaheim Resort hotel will be available at that time. A booking link will be provided on Monday, August 20 and again on Wednesday, August 22 for your convenience. Hotel availability will be on a first come, first served basis.

If you are interested in a hotel that is not listed on the Anaheim Resort hotel list, make a reservation at an available resort hotel and then place yourself on the waitlist for the hotel of your choice. Once you make your reservation at a resort hotel, you will receive an email acknowledgement with your reservation details.  At the bottom of that email acknowledgement will be waitlist instructions with a link to place your waitlist request for another hotel.  Please note we will make every effort to accommodate your waitlist request, however there is no guarantee.

New Hotel Cancellation Policy
*NAMM Show Hotel Cancellation Policy: A two-night room and tax deposit will be charged to the credit card on file by your confirmed hotel for all reservations on January 8, 2019.  The charged deposit will be applied toward the full stay and subtracted from the hotel charge upon check out.  If the reservation is cancelled after January 8, 2019, the two-night room and tax deposit is nonrefundable.
