Attending The NAMM Show offers many benefits and perks. Registration is free for NAMM members through January 6, 2020, and we offer low rates for general attendees: qualified professionals interested in purchasing music, sound and entertainment technology products, along with students looking to jumpstart their careers.

The following categories qualify to be a NAMM member:
Retailers, distributors and importers/exporters, rental providers and installers, repair technicians, original equipment manufacturers, component suppliers, Independent sales representatives, industry service providers, publishers of sheet music, AV systems integrators
The following categories qualify to be a general attendee:
Pro audio and live sound professionals, entertainment technology professionals, theme park operators, touring and staging professionals, venue and studio representatives, houses of worship representatives, educators and instructors, students, professionals in the music, sound or entertainment technology products industry
The following categories do not qualify to be a NAMM member or general attendee:
Anyone under the age of 18, endorsed artists, musicians, singer/songwriters, talent agents, artist management, record label management, music enthusiasts, guests of approved general attendees, sales & marketing professionals, outside industry professionals (shipping, legal, advertising, food, health, etc.)
Your NAMM membership must be valid through January 19, 2020 to register badges. Free badge deadline for NAMM members is January 6, 2020, at 11:59 pm PT. A unique email address is required for each individual to register. To register for badges, your NAMM member user profile must be designated as one of the following authorized contacts: Trade Show Contact, Registration Contact, Hotel Contact, Primary Contact or Administrator. Visa letters of invitation are offered through the badge registration process. You must register for badges to request your letter of invitation. Because the visa application process may take 90 days or longer, please request letters of invitation at least 90 days prior to your travel dates for The NAMM Show. **Exhibitors will receive the following badge allotments:
- 20 badges per 10x10 booth
- 16 badges per Small (30 sq. ft.), Tabletop (48 sq. ft.) and Software.NAMM (30 sq. ft.) booth
- 4 badges from booth total are allocated to each sharing company in booth
Representatives from organizations that do not qualify for NAMM membership may register for a general attendee badge to attend The 2020 NAMM Show. General attendee registration opens on August 28, 2019 at 8 am PT and is available to pro audio professionals and buyers representing non-member companies, venues and houses of worship, as well as music educators and music majors. Once approved, general attendees can book a hotel room through the NAMM block or request visa letters of invitation. Must be 18 or over to attend The NAMM Show. General Attendee badges cost between $25 and $150, depending on the qualified role within the industry.
