Jara Harris is song writer, producer that sings and plays all the instruments. His band Slapbak use to be on Warner Brothers / Reprise Records in the 90s. Since then he's made multiple albums independently through licensing deals. He's toured with Snoop, Alicia Keys, The Time, Jordin Sparks and Digital Underground to name a few. He's recorded withartists such as Jose, Feliciano, George Clinton, Bootsy Collins, Cameo, Earth Wind & Fire, Michael Buble', En Vogue, Koshi from The B'z and so on. He's also gotten into filmmaking. His feature film "The Fumble And Rise Of Jim Parker" was released on Amazon Prime Video. He wrote it, directed it, produced it and and did the editing. He just finished Slapbak's first album in 10 years, titled "That Duty To Funk". He is currently Donavon Frankenreiter's drummer.
