NAMM attracts top media from around the world. Please consider the following tips for effective PR outreach before and during the NAMM Show:
BEFORE the Show
Share Your News With Us
Email Jeanne O’Keefe or Mary Hong at The Lippin Group, email@example.com or Chalise Zolezzi, NAMM’s PR Director, firstname.lastname@example.org to inform them of interesting new products or news related to your brands at the show.
Post Your News to NAMM.org
On the Exhibitor Dashboard, select "My Exhibitor News." Here you will be able to upload a press kit, press releases, photos and other materials.
Post Your Booth Events to NAMM.org
Post your booth events to: https://www.namm.org/exhibit/WN17/dashboard
Your events will be listed here: https://www.namm.org/thenammshow/2017/events/exhibitors
Celebrities and Artist Appearances
Email celebrity and artist appearances to email@example.com. This will help NAMM create PR opportunities for you by publicizing these appearances to media attending the show, and will allow NAMM to offer a seamless and exclusive NAMM experience for celebrity guests.

DURING the Show
Share Your News
Submit new product news and booth event information to the trade media writing daily news updates from the show:

Take advantage of the Member Content Creation Area to share your latest news and post content to your social media channels, website and/or to send to media.
Be Social @ The #NAMMShow
Mention your booth number in posts related to your appearance at the NAMM Show across social media outlets. Media will be following these feeds to find angles for coverage during the show. Be sure to use the official hashtag #NAMMShow

Visit the NAMM Media Desk staff on-site on Level 2 of the Hilton Anaheim at the top of the escalators to inform Public Relations staff of artist or celebrity appearances, demos and other interesting events that should be shared with media. Often, a TV crew or other deadline media will visit the Media Desk to ask, “What’s happening now?” Help NAMM help YOU!
