In 1961 she and her husband, country guitarist Pick Woods, hosted their own television program. Six years later Pick opened a small music store in Medford, Oregon, which launched Margaret’s passion for selling musical instruments. She enjoyed selling organs in their mall store and went on to form two businesses in the music industry - first Computer Keyboards in 1983 and M. W. Connections, a marketing firm, in 2000.
