The WiMN brings women from all facets of the music industry together to “produce events, create opportunities for performance and networking, and work to bring the conversation around diversity in the industry into the forefront.” Founded by Laura B. Whitmore, The WiMN regularly hosts interviews, news, events, and a community forum throughout the year.

2022 is a landmark year for the She Rocks Awards. The energetic program marks its tenth anniversary by recognizing women both in the limelight and behind the scenes who “display leadership and stand out within the music industry.” Hosts for the night’s festivities include Lizzy Hale of Halestorm and Katie Daryl of AXS TV, while the red-carpet features coverage from Lyndsey Parker (Sirius XM/Yahoo). The list of honorees includes Meredith Brooks, Sheri Chung, Leslie Gaston-Bird, MILCK, Lyndsey Parker, EveAnn Manley, Julie Robbins, Carmen Vandenberg, Dionne Warwick, and Yvette Young, among others.

Whitmore reflected on the return of the She Rocks Awards, saying, "The She Rocks Awards originated as a breakfast during The NAMM Show a decade ago, and we continue to think of the show as our home. I have always found it important to honor the women behind the scenes equally with the household names that have joined us over the years. It's wonderful to continue to inspire and energize everyone who watches and attends the performances and speeches from these accomplished women. I hope you join us!”

The high-energy evening is chock-full of performances, networking opportunities, giveaways, a silent auction, and more and only takes place at The NAMM Show. Register today for The NAMM Show and mark your calendar for the She Rocks Awards on June 2.
