Abby Cole III

Abby Cole III grew up in the same St. Louis, Missouri, neighborhood as future artist Nelly. As a close family friend, Abby was close by as Nelly’s career developed. Whenever needed, Abby was there to help as the young artist grew into a superstar. Abby went on the road with Nelly for 24 years wearing many hats including as a runner flying with the equipment and ensuring all the gear properly arrived at each destination. He later became a roadie and tour manager for other acts including New Edition and Patti LaBelle.
