Adelaide Pilar

Hailing from Texas and now making waves in Los Angeles, Adelaide Pilar seamlessly blends her Latina, Mexican American roots with musical prowess as a singer and trumpeter. With a Master's in Afro-Latin Music and a Bachelor’s in Jazz Studies, she embodies diverse musical traditions.

In 2019, her debut album "Reflexiones De Mi Mente" showcased a unique perspective, merging cumbia, funk, reggae, reggaeton, and hip-hop into a resonating sound. In 2022, her anticipated album "FREE TO BE ME" was introduced through periodic single releases like "Cumbia Atómica," "Suavecito Suavecito," and "I Can't Stop."

Beyond solo efforts, Adelaide flourished with the Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas, gained prominence on LA Voz Mexico 2018, toured with Andy Grammer, collaborated with Ozomatli, and has performed with many other award winning artists.

Adelaide also nurtures artists' talents and educates them as a private music instructor. Her dedication extends to Show Production Manager for the Latin Candlelight Series and for other Latin music productions for large corporations, amusement parks and more.
