We invite bass players to gather around the campfire at the EBS NAMM booth with your questions about gear to these two phenomenal bass players, EBS artists Henrik Linder of Dirty Loops and Brazilian top bass player Rubem Farias! 

Both based in Stockholm, Sweden, yet their workplace spans the globe. Henrik is renowned for his work in the sensational Dirty Loops, while Rubem collaborates with top jazz artists from both Sweden and Brazil. He has also toured with acclaimed musicians like Mike Stern, Randy Brecker, Nils Landgren, and Roben Ford.

The event will happen at the EBS booth (5441) on Saturday, January 27, from 1 PM to 2 PM.

Note: This is not a signing event but an invitation to gather insights and tips about gear and bass playing from these two artists and staff from EBS. A separate signing at EBS with Henrik Linder is scheduled to Friday at 3 PM.

About the hosts: 

Henrik Linder, a renowned Swedish bass player, gained overnight fame on YouTube as a member of Dirty Loops. Since their first video debuted in 2010, Dirty Loops has been captivating audiences worldwide both online and on various stages. When not touring or recording with Dirty Loops, Henrik collaborates with a diverse range of artists. These include the two-time winner of the Eurovision Song Contest, Loreen, and the acclaimed Icelandic jazz singer Stina Agustdottir. Henrik has also collaborated with other top musicians, both Swedish and international stars such as Corey Wong, Tim Miller, Morgan Ågren, and many more. Notably, he was honored with the Young Gun Award by Bass Player Magazine in 2014.

Rubem Farias, originally from Brazil, has made Stockholm his home and quickly established himself as a highly sought-after musician, composer, and producer. Recently, he had the honor of performing at the prestigious Nobel Prize Banquet in December, captivating an audience of royalties, politicians, prize winners, and academics from around the globe. With his music transcending borders, Rubem continues to travel extensively, enchanting audiences not only in Sweden and Brazil, but also worldwide. Collaborating with renowned musicians like Nils Landgren, Mike Stern, Robben Ford, Randy Brecker, as well as leading his own quartet and big band, Rubem Farias has truly made a mark on the global music scene.
