What spirit and intention guide you and your nonprofit in your daily work? How are your highest values expressed through your internal and external communications and procedures? Do your "better angels" transmit clearly, or are they eclipsed by stress, pressure, or conflict? By becoming aware of and refining our communication and problem-solving approaches, we can enhance the strength of our organizations. We'll examine and experience inclusivity, open-minded and fully present listening, empathy, contemplation, self-regulation, and responsiveness as tools for leadership that build trust, motivation, and dedication in your team and among those you serve.
