In this session, participants will be introduced to the basics of beat-making, rapping, and hip-hop culture. Through hands-on songwriting techniques, culture-building activities, and an exploration of hip-hop artists and sounds, teachers will develop a stronger understanding of hip-hop's influential voice in music education and strategies to implement with their students.
