Funky Swinging Jazz and Blues instrumentals original compositions by organist Jon Hammond featuring international soloists. As seen on cable TV for 40 years late Friday nights in in Manhattan 'Jon Hammond Show' Newly joined AFM Local 47 (LA CA), and longtime vested member American Federation of Musicians Local 6 (SF CA) and Local 802 (New York City) playing in care facilities for folks who can not go out. 2014 NAMM Believe in Music Awardee - Journalist Ricky Richardson Los Angeles News Observer: “Organist Jon Hammond served up a set of original compositions, funky, swinging jazz and blues to the delight of the crowd gathered at the ADJ Arena Plaza Stage." At the April 2023 NAMM Show, Jon's special guest was Lee Oskar, along with his 5 piece funk band featuring guitarist Joe Berger, percussionist Chuggy Carter, and tenor saxophonist Marc Baum - Marc and Jon actually have been close friends since kindergarten in 1958 - many gigs.
