This session will introduce and reinforce time-tested guidelines and techniques that music educators of any proficiency can use to direct music programs across the United States. Although this session is useful at any point in a music teacher's career, this course best fits music educators in their pre-service and beginning years. Topics will include ethics, how to get organized, identify student proficiency, and how to enhance your music classroom without getting burned out. Presented by The NAMM Foundation in collaboration with the National Federation of State High School Associations.
