Tomo Kumagai

Tomo Kumagai is a professional acoustic guitar player in Japan. He holds many kinds of guitar concerts and teaches an acoustic guitar at several schools including his own guitar school.

Kumagai performs a synthesis of folk, jazz, classical, popular music, and original compositions. His compositions are filled with much feeling, and they are played tenderly and sometimes mightily as if to paint a beautiful piece of scenery, with his one guitar

In addition to fingerstyle solo guitar which is his main performance style, he plays in guitar duo and also in ensemble with other instruments. He has released three albums.
