Transpersonal Band Therapy: Coaching You to Success

The social and interpersonal dynamics of a band can make or break their desired success, and affect the intimate and outside relationships of band members. In this masterclass, Dr. Leesa Sklover will blend her experience in integrative health, psychotherapy, coaching music therapy and work in the music industry to discuss conflict-resolution techniques and rituals for fine-tuning band members into a common vision of growth, health and success. She will share stories and examples of how the musical “band family” works creatively to solve problems in sync and in harmony, and finds peaceful solutions to challenging issues.
