In fact, when visiting the Framus Museum in March Germany, you can learn of his influential musical career when he was known as Billy Lorento. Always interested in electronic, he applied his two interests and soon developed his own pick-up for the guitar. For over forty years, Bill has published numerous articles on the subject of guitar design, been granted numerous patents, and worked with some of the most respected companies in the guitar industry, including Framus, Gibson, and Fender.
