Protecting Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to NAMM. We protect your online information in the same way we protect our Member information obtained through telephone, fax and e-mail communication.
Following are guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide to us during your visit to namm.org.
We'd also like to remind visitors to namm.org that we provide additional links to resources we find useful. These links will lead you to a site that operates under different privacy practices. We want to caution our visitors that they must take the responsibility of reviewing the privacy policy for such other Web sites, as we have no control over information that is submitted to these third parties.
In addition, many areas of namm.org are not accessible unless you supply your NAMM Member number. You can verify this number by looking on a recent invoice or your NAMM Membership card or by sending an e-mail to
membership@namm.org or calling the association at 800.767.NAMM.
Member Contact Information
NAMM does not sell your company's contact information to third parties. From time to time, however, we may send you offers from our Endorsed Business Service Providers including, banks, insurance companies and shipping companies, etc. In addition, we may provide information we collect about you with third party fulfillment vendors contracted to facilitate our trade shows, events and other activities. These third party vendors are subject to stringent data security and confidentiality requirements and, upon completion of their services, all information is returned to NAMM or destroyed.
While we believe this disclosure of your information will result in opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the right to tell us not to give your information to any third party. If you want NAMM to keep your information confidential and not share it with any third party, please
send an e-mail to membership@namm.org or mail your written request to NAMM Membership Dept. 5790 Armada Drive Carlsbad, CA 92008. Your request must include your name, company name, Member number, mailing address and must be signed. Please allow six weeks to process your request. After your request has been fulfilled, the only disclosures we will make are those required by law.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of this information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online
