In studio design, a few constants will always remain viable. These include studios having the required contemporary and/or vintage technology to inspire and support artists’ creativity, and (possibly most importantly) a need for studios to exercise “transferability” in this era of simultaneous audio content creation in multiple studio environments and often by multiple producers. The Master, Part 2 will address specific architectural and acoustic issues concerning transferability, including "musts" and "must-nots" in studio control room design.
