Leighton Lzi Tong

Leighton Lzi Tong is the founder and owner of Aileen Music Company LTD, based in Jiangsu, China. Leighton began his career in 1993 working in OEM manufacturing before establishing his own private company in 2005, marking a pivotal shift as he entered the global market through exporting and importing. Starting with violins, he steadily expanded his product lines to include guitars, woodwinds, and keyboards, including the development of his Wind brand. Over the years, Leighton has remained deeply committed to improving quality, adapting his instruments to meet the expectations of European and American markets. His forward-thinking approach includes investments in CNC machinery and AI-assisted technologies to refine production and design. In 2024, he expanded into direct-to-musician online sales, offering customized guitars with specialized pickups. Known for his strong customer focus and innovation, Leighton has exhibited at The NAMM Show since 2005.
