Bruce Chapman

Bruce Chapman has always believed in the importance of music education and the positive role music can play in a young person’s life. All-throughout his music retail career, Bruce looked for opportunities to provide lessons, instruction, and guidance to young musicians. He worked for Music Stop, a retail store in Canada, in the 1980s and then the country’s largest music retailer, Long & McQuade. In 1985, while working for Long & McQuade, Bruce helped create a rock camp for students. He was so proud of the success of that program and the countless kids that were inspired to play music because of that program!
