Jodi Siegel
Jodi Siegel grew up in a musical family and developed a passion for music at a young age. Jodi started playing the ukulele because of its size but quickly moved onto the guitar. A big influence for her was Duane Allman, whom she would try to figure out how to replicate the sound of without realizing he was playing the slide guitar. Teaming with Will Brady, the guitar duo released the album Beer and Donuts, which was produced by Freebo (Daniel Friedberg). The duo also gained great attention for their long running gigs at the Dana Point Café and the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano. Jodi has always considered herself a songwriter who can play guitar, and compares songwriting to a muscle that constantly needs to be worked on. “You have to sift through the good and the bad and work on it every day.”
