Before the Event
In anticipation of Believe in Music Week, you’re encouraged to get a head start and start assembling assets and ideas to make the most of the opportunity.
Here is a checklist to inspire your creative thinking and set the groundwork for your brand experience page:
- Review the schedule and platform demos on the Exhibitor Welcome Resources page
- Identify the assets needed to populate your brand experience page by viewing the appropriate graphic one-sheet:
- Set up YouTube Live / Vimeo—you will host your videos and livestreams through one of these providers and sync with the Swapcard platform
- Learn more about Gear TV Content Guidelines.
- Consider the type of content you’ll host, including videos, products, giveaways and brand documents. Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Live stream Q&A with endorsed artist or product manager
- Tour of headquarters
- Meet the minds behind the gear
- Side-by-side product comparisons
- Gear giveaways
- Develop any assets needed for sponsorship fulfillment (view your invoice or contact your sales representative for additional information)
- Select the member(s) of your staff who will manage your Brand Experience Page via the Swapcard Exhibitor Center.
- Be sure to have them watch the demonstration videos and upcoming webinars on the platform
- Populate your page when the platform goes live (see calendar for details)
During the Event
During Believe in Music Week, be sure to populate your page, and then utilize social media and attendee messaging tools to promote your page, exhibitor events, live streams and drive engagement. Utilize this opportunity when buyers, media, influencers and consumers are accustomed to discovering the latest gear to start off the year strong.
We encourage you to take every opportunity to interact with attendees via meetings, chat, and video calls. As your lead list grows, you’ll be able to take notes, add tags and score each attendee within the platform to organize your follow ups.
After the Event
