How to Send an Invitation to Register for Believe in Music Week

Inviting Yourself, Employees and Staff

By using the invitation system to invite you and your staff to register, you’ll ensure that they have access to all members-only features during Believe in Music Week, provide a personal touch to the invitation, and permit access to the Exhibitor Center to make updates to your Brand Experience Page.

Log in to NAMM.org

Log in to your authorized account
Proceed to the members-only invitation page

Sending a One-Time Invitation

Select the Invite tab
Enter the required fields
Check the ‘Employee/Staff’ box to ensure access to members-only benefits
Click Invite to send the invitation

Sending Multiple Invitations

Select the Upload tab and download the template
Enter the required fields onto the template
Be sure to mark ‘Y’ in the column marked Staff to ensure access to members-only benefits
Select your excel file to upload and click Submit

You and your invited employees will then receive a personalized email from your company, inviting them to participate in Believe in Music Week and to complete their registration. Once they have completed, they are registered for Believe in Music Week.

Inviting Customers and Guests

Customers and guests can be invited with your personal touch as well. Believe in Music Week will have opportunities and features for all interest groups to experience.

Log in to your authorized account
Proceed to the members-only invitation page

Sending a One-Time Invitation

Select the Invite tab
Enter the required fields
Leave the ‘Employee/Staff’ box unchecked
Click Invite to send the invitation

Sending Multiple Invitations

Select the Upload tab and download the template
Enter the required fields onto the template
Leave the Staff column blank
Select your excel file to upload and click Submit

Your invited customers and guests will then receive a personalized email from your company, inviting them to participate in Believe in Music Week and asking to verify their email address. Once the email address has been verified, they are now registered for Believe in Music Week.
