Jim Enns

Jim Enns is the repair shop foreman and instrument repair technician for Tatum Music out in Longview, Texas. His love of music began as a child taking lessons on the piano and progressed to the trombone in his school band. Always mechanically minded, Jim worked at a bicycle shop in high school and soon discovered he could apply his skills with his passion for music and repair band instruments for local schools. He began working at Doug’s Horn Shop in Texarkana where he not only repaired instruments but became the store manager. In 2018 he landed his job at Tatum Music focusing on brass and woodwind instruments and enjoying the team he leads in the shop.
