Todd Spencer

Todd Spencer is passionate about the people of the Live Sound industry to the point of focusing on their safety and well-being. Todd is the president of the Entertainment Services and Technology Association (ESTA), a nonprofit organization that has created technical standards supporting safety and education for live entertainment events. Todd was heavily involved with the theater from an early age, and over his impressive career, he has traveled with theatrical products and concert tours, at one point owning his own rigging company. He has seen first-hand the critical need for safety and training in the industry and is close friends with many of those involved, making his mission a personal one.
