Quick Tips for NAMM Show Presenters

• Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time so that the AV team and NAMM staff can help you prepare for your session. (Note: There is only a small window of setup time between each session, so this is important.)

• If you're using your own PowerPoint or Keynote design, please make sure slides are set at a 16:9 widescreen format. Our screens will not accommodate a 4:3 slide format.

• We will be running sessions back to back on most of the education stages. To help us begin the next session on time, we ask that you take additional questions and discussions outside the room to keep guests from blocking the stage area.

• Post on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok or Tweet using #NAMMShow. You can also use the The NAMM Show promotional kit to publicize your session.

• Playing audio and/or video clips? We recommend bringing a laptop with your audio and video clips set up and ready, so you can test them before you arrive at your session and play them at will during your session from the stage (lectern). We also recommend creating a PowerPoint with the audio and/or video files embedded, so they can play easily during your session. The audio/visual technicians in session rooms cannot be relied on to play files during your presentation.

• We recommend that all presenters memorize their presentations, so they can be mobile onstage.

• Discounted hotels are available through EventSphere, NAMM's official housing partner.

• You will be able to make edits to your bio, head shot and the rest of your speaker record when The NAMM Show+ app opens.

Thank you for your time and contributions to the music industry!
