PO Status [aka Detail Acknowledgement]

This is the PO Status document that came out of the July 2011 Adhoc Meeting. It is important to note that this document has dual purposes: 1. as a detail acknowledgement generated asynchronously in response to a PO. 2. as a PO Status update generated periodically or on request. Since the data is the same with these purposes only one document format was developed. Please comment.
